The bistro is a place where hotel guests and passing gourmets can meet and share. Tastefully decorated, the restaurant is reminiscent of the winter gardens that were very popular in the 18th century, at the time, when the Hautes Roches manor house was built.
A set of arches and lush vegetation plunge you into an atmosphere worthy of the Counts and Countesses who also stayed in the Loire Valley a few centuries ago. Furthermore, the clever mix of stone tones, reminiscent of the tufa stone in our troglodytic rooms, and the bright colors of the curtains and armchairs add a touch of elegance to the charm of the place.
