Benjamin Chrétien is the creator of the menus at our Bistro and Gastronomic restaurants, with new creations introduced every two months, showcasing homemade dishes made from local and seasonal ingredients.
Alongside him, Pastry Chef Pauline Macé crafts the dessert menus, adding a touch of sweetness to your culinary experience.

Open Wednesday to Sunday evenings, as well as every Friday, Saturday and Sunday for lunchtime, the gourmet restaurant welcomes you in elegant, distinguished atmospere. The terrace with it’s lime trees offers a splendid view of the meandering Loire River.
BISTRONOMIC RESTAURANT
The bistronomic restaurant welcomes you every day from breakfast to dinner. Decorated in the style of a winter garden, it immerses you in the history of the mansion of our 4-star hotel in Indre-et-Loire.
